Michael Vadini
Michael Vadini is a transformational executive and serial entrepreneur recognized for building, scaling, and profitably leading consulting, technology, and digital transformation companies for Fortune 1000, enterprise, and mid-market organizations. He is the Founder and CEO of Usecase, where he helps companies create disruptive and defensible market positions through native AI–driven strategy, organizational design, and operating models.
Usecase provides alternative business models powered by proprietary, industry-specific AI-enabled ABM Playbooks, designed for organizations seeking to launch new products, services, and delivery models that redefine how they compete and grow. Under Michael’s leadership, Usecase focuses on aligning strategy, structure, and execution to move companies beyond incremental improvement toward category leadership.
Across his career, Michael has founded and scaled five companies, including Prima Consulting, TITAN Technology Partners, SignUpGenius, Glew, and Infocenter, with multiple successful exits. His first company sold for $30 million in just 39 months, and TITAN grew into a multinational consulting and managed services firm before its acquisition. Most recently, Michael bootstrapped Infocenter in 2017 and led its growth until its $350 million acquisition by Insight Enterprises in 2024, where he served as Senior Vice President.

As an entrepreneur-turned-enterprise executive, Michael has delivered real-world transformation for global organizations by designing scalable service models, implementing new front-office operating systems across thousands of employees, and building standardized offerings that combine speed, creativity, and measurable impact.
Known for his servant leadership and fearless approach to change, Michael has guided enterprise transformation initiatives for many of the world’s largest and most respected Fortune brands. His leadership philosophy centers on a human-first, values-driven approach that builds trust, alignment, and high performance—equally effective in agile startup environments and complex global enterprises.
In addition to his corporate leadership, Michael actively mentors entrepreneurs and rising executives, sharing lessons from decades of building and leading high-growth companies. His career and perspectives have been featured in Entrepreneur Magazine, Fortune-related publications, the eCommerce Fastlane Podcast, and as the creator and host of the PBS program American Entrepreneur. He has also served as a trustee at Baldwin Wallace University, where he graduated with a BA in Business Administration.
