Michael Vadini

Michael Vadini is a transformational executive and serial entrepreneur recognized for founding and scaling and selling several consulting, managed services and SaaS firms over the past 30 years. Most recently, Michael successfully completed the sale of Infocenter, which he was the Founder and CEO, to Insight Enterprises (2024), Michael now serves as a Senior Vice President at Insight and CEO of Infocenter. Michael leads Insight’s services solution lines, driving large-scale AI and cloud platform transformation across Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and ServiceNow. His unique experience and expertise blends founder-level agility combined with successful experience transforming Fortune 1000 firms. Michael has a 30 year track record helping his clients develop strategies to create, implement, and manage solutions across all major tech platforms. His latest focus has been on the development of AI strategy, enablement and organizational transformation.

Across his career, Michael has founded and scaled five companies, including Prima Consulting, TITAN Technology Partners, SignUpGenius, Glew, and Infocenter, with multiple successful exits. TITAN grew into a multinational consulting and managed services firm before its acquisition. Infocenter, which he bootstrapped in 2017, was sold to Insight seven years later for $350 million to accelerate and transform Insight towards its mission as a Solutions Integrator. Throughout his career, he has delivered real-world transformation for global organizations by designing scalable execution models, implementing new front-office operating systems across thousands of employees, and building standardized offerings that combine speed, creativity, and measurable impact – all towards new levels of operating leverage.

Known for his servant leadership and fearless approach to change, Michael has guided enterprise transformation initiatives for many of the world’s largest and most respected Fortune brands. His leadership philosophy centers on advanced planning, standardized operating models and process driven execution. Michael’s leadership has been recognized as best in class based on trust, alignment, and high performance.

In addition to his corporate leadership, Michael actively advises entrepreneurs, CEO’s, corporate boards, private equity and rising executives utilizing lessons learned from decades of building and leading high-growth companies. He has served on several boards in healthcare and technology firms and his perspectives have been featured in Entrepreneur Magazine, Fortune-related publications, the eCommerce Fastlane Podcast, and as the creator and host of the PBS program American Entrepreneur. He has also served as a trustee at Baldwin Wallace University, where he graduated with a BA in Business Administration.
